Return policy:

No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom or made to order pieces unless I am in error. 

In the event of an agreed upon return/exchange, items must be shipped with tracking within 3 days of receipt.  Returned pieces must be received in their original condition.  Nothing washed, worn, cut, torn, or stained may be returned.
